Yoga 8 Pilates offers competitively tailored Yoga & Pilates programs for its corporate customers.
We have carefully formulated based on our experience, inputs and feedbacks received, a blend of Yoga learnings designed
to meet the diverse needs of 3 different types of corporate customers:
The Office Professionals, The Mixed Operational Team and The Senior Executives.
We believe that employees and employers in the 3 different categories have different needs as they work in different environments, under different stress conditions, thus exhibiting different work behaviors and consequential habitual lifestyles. We have therefore incorporated various types of stress management, relaxing and rejuvenating techniques as well as other yoga therapies for work related musculoskeletal disorders, into our course programs.
Our professional instructors will be on site to work with you on a most suitable lesson format and program.
Normal Corporate Yoga programs can run from 10 to 50 hours (each lesson lasts 60mins) depending on the type of need. Corporate groups of minimum 5 persons to a maximum of 30 are advisable, although The Senior Executives group is much smaller. Classes are normally held at the customer’s site or at an convenient external venue.
Yoga 8 Pilates also offers single or multiple yoga sessions for Corporations’ Week or Day events such as Sales Conferences, Safety Day or other functions.

Classes: Group & Individual
All 6 Yoga courses and Mat Pilates are available in Group or Individual (or couple) classes.
For Groups, a minimum of 3 persons and maximum of 30 persons apply.
Individual classes are private lessons conducted on a one to one basis.
We normally recommend a minimum of 12 hours learning (12 lessons of 60 minutes each) as a basic level to start seeing the benefits of yoga. Lessons can be conducted once or twice per week. A full course may go up to between 50 - 100 hours depending on the type of Yoga.
Yoga 8 Pilates can also customize the number of lessons based on each group or individual needs and preference.
A number of venue options are available for selection based on availability.
